1. Is smoking/vaping allowed inside the room?
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, all rooms are strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. We have designated outdoor smoking areas available within the resort premises. A cleaning fee may be charged for violations found inside the rooms.
2. Do I have to pay an entrance fee?
Yes, an entrance fee is required for all guests.
- Children: ₱50.00
- Adults: ₱100.00
3. Do kids need to pay the full/adult fee?
Children who are 3ft and below are eligible for a discounted children’s rate.
4. How much for a day trip to Marina Black Sand Resort?
Our Day Trip package (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) starts at ₱50.00 for children and ₱100.00 for adults, which includes access to the swimming pools, beach area, and common shower facilities.
5. How much to rent cottage for a day trip?
We offer various cottage size0073 to fit your group:
- Cottage Small: ₱750.00 (Day) | ₱1000.00 (Night)
- Cottage Big: ₱1000.00 (Day) | ₱1200.00 (Night)
6. How deep are the swimming pools?
- Small Pool: 2 to 3 feet deep (Ideal for children and toddlers).
- Medium Pool: 4 to 5 feet deep (Perfect for casual swimming and relaxing).
- Big Pool: 6 to 7 feet deep (Designed for experienced swimmers).
7. What are the pools' operating hours?
The swimming pools are open daily for 24 hours.
8. What hours can we swim in the beach?
Swimming at the beach is allowed from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
9. What can we do there?
Aside from swimming in our black sand beach and pools, guests can enjoy:
- Beach Volleyball
- Bar and Restaurant
- Glamping by the Beach (Guests are welcome to bring their own tents or rent one from us at a small cost, making nature accessible to everyone).
- Fishing Area (Bring your own gear)
10. What are the available rooms?
- Marina Signature Duo (2 Adults): Fully air-conditioned, complete toiletries, high-speed Wi-Fi, and inclusive access to the pool, court, and amenities.
- Heritage Family Sanctuary (4 Adults): Fully air-conditioned, complete toiletries, high-speed Wi-Fi, and inclusive access to the pool, court, and amenities.
House Rules
- Check-in starts at 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM.
- To maintain quality, we do not allow outside food or beverages.
- Pools are open for 24 Hours. Proper swimwear is strictly required.
- Please keep noise and music to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
- Pets are not permitted in guest rooms, pools, or dining areas.
- Illegal drugs and weapons are strictly prohibited on the premises.
- The resort is not responsible for the loss of valuables or personal items.
- Guests are responsible for any damages to resort property. Damage will result in a 100% replacement fee.
